Republic Day Parade - Prohibited Items Advisory
Dear Citizens,
For those of you planning to attend Republic Day Parade, below mentioned items are prohibited from being brought in:
1. Eatables
2. Bags, briefcase, pens
3. Camera, binocular, handy cam
4. Digital Diaries, palm-top computers, iPod
5. Thermos flasks, water bottles/cans
6. Cigarettes, bidis, lighter
7. Alcohol, perfumes, spray
8. Dagger, sword, cutting sharp pointed edged material, screw drivers
9. Umbrella, replica fire arms/toy gun
10. Knives/Scissors/Razors/Blades
11.Arms and ammunition, fireworks, crackers, explosives etc
12. Inflammable items, matchboxes
Also, spectators are requested to follow below key points
1. Spectators are requested to please co-operate with police for searching/frisking.
2. Any unidentified objects, if noticed, may be brought to the notice of nearest security personnel.
3. Please be alert to your surroundings

As in many religious congregations, mobile phones are kept outside the Satsang. Police should take do this also. more
