Surely there r many solutions.to parali burning which is the main vayse of serious avoidable air pollution in northern region. On 7th Nov 2017 our Institute of Applied Systems & Rural Development, Noida made a presentation before Chairman, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Patiala on a project for gainfully utilising parali/stubble for economical production of electricity for each village through a gasifier plant nd huge savings for concerned states namely Punjab, Haryana, U.P nd Rajasthan which r provuding free electricity produced at heavy cost of Rs.7 per unit. Punjab Polution Control Board Chairman showed keen interest in giving da proposal a try to the idea after getting some more information.. Similar proposal has been sent to Hartana Govt. also. A positive response is awaited. Other two states r also being aproached more  
There was another video showing mechanised process which was circulating on the whatsapp groups. There are many such solutions. Can't expect government to do everything. more  
Why can't Govt take the initiative for doing this or reward the farmer who does it. This will help & check the Pollution menace in a big way. more  
Politicians create problems for common people. Haven't they see this video before. Politicians wants that the Common people should be entangled in the vicious circle because if the common people comes out they would create problems for Politicians. India is land of lot of Constructive masses but they have the negative thinking. There is nothing good or bad this world only thinking makes it so. more
