Stubs burning

I don’t understand why the agricultural ministry in Punjab and Haryana can not buy the machines required to remove the stubs and lease them to the farmers as per their needs. more

One year back I tweeted to Arvind Kejriwal & M. Khattar & CM of Punjab exactly what you are suggesting, but believe me pollution is not in agenda of any govt, because it does not fetch you political mileage. In fact it is not a priority for a common citizen. All leaders are only doing superficial actions to tackle pollution no grass root solutions are in sight in India. Masses will continue to suffer. more
They hardly read all that. I have also written several mails addressed to CM Delhi on this and other issues except the replies given by their secretaries n gorwarding to his concerned depts for further actions n send feedback to me, non of them ever sent any replies with what actions they have taken , it was since 2014 till this year.

There is no system in any state or central govt. Offices to send exception reports, that will put such latharhic officers under scanner.

Not replying to public suggestions is the way our system preferred to work since 70 years. more
Panjab has largest agriculture University they can also find way more
