Co-operative department

Poorest office of Maharashtra Government. I have visited Dy. Registrar's office at Kandivali (E) for R Central ward work of my society. The office is in such BAD CONDITION that even a DOG may not like to enter in it. From main entry of buildings to entry of Particular block full of DIRT, RED PAAN sputter, Lift Not working for years, Stairs are DIRTY, you can not touch walls of stairs for support, no railings in stairs. Now comes to main office which looks like godown of REG PICKERS. Staff most UN CO-OPERATIVE. My builder have applied for registration of society but the file is pending since last 6 months without any reason. The LAW provides for automatic registration (deemed registration) if pending for more than 2 months but NO ONE CARES FOR IT. The office is surrounded by DALALs as usal scene in RTO, RATION office etc. Shambles. MODI JI have been failed by such government eployees. more

While your concern is a fact, I just want to clarify that cooperative department comes under State jurisdiction under federal structure of Constitution of India. Union Government or Modi has no authority. India is a large country. It will not be wise to judge Modi's performance on the wrong scales. more
What Modiji and we can do if Dy Registrar and office people are happy in dirt making earnings through DALALs. more
My experience for this office is same.Probably no body is serious in cleaning and upkeeping the area. more
I agree with your view point about cleanliness and staff may not be courteous. I would like to say that I am Manager of a large Housing society in Mulund and our jurisdiction is T ward. However, the Day. Registrar is very prompt in taking action and the complaints of members are resolved at a reasonable time. However, there is always a egoistic feelings in the minds of staff working in Govt offices that they are superior and sometimes behave as if they are very busy. When someone enquire anything they reply in such low tone we can't hear. The Government should take immediate steps to ensure basic cleanliness in the offices to make the working atmosphere workable and advise their staff to be courteous. more
Is really pathetic and unfortunate . more
