A real prayer to GOD of WISDOM...!!!

Congratulations for taking a valid and important subject during the on-going festivity .
As "Ganpati" a god of Intelligence and wisdom, and always prayed in the beginning of every good thing....as a "Vignaharta" and "Sukhakarta"to all of us...!!.
As a idol of clay is a nice thing instead of POP(Plaster of Paris). It is a very nice thing to make our own Ganpati with our own hands gives us a pleasure of own creativity and satisfaction. Off-course with
++natural colors only or
++let it be in the natural form.... !!
++ Put seeds of plants / vegetables..in that clay. It shall be
very live when we immerse these idols in our home
tank(bucket) and put the same clay in a slurry form into
our home garden / terrace garden / hanging pots etc.
Reuse the clay into your garden. As the seeds planted
in idol shall give a beautiful plant in a live form which is a real live thing given by Ganpatibappa...!!! till his next arrivals....
By this small effort of ours, we in all respect care for our mother earth , nature and also our tradition and rituals told by veda and purana. The above all NO HARM to our rivers, sea, or any horrible scenes on our shores river banks , half immerse idols laying on shores and rivers, asking for help from us ....!!!. more

But do we not have some attitudinal changes in the way celebrations take place. One news says Lalbaugcha Raja fined for digging holes on road, NOW HOW ANYONE IS ALLOWED TO CELEBRATE A FESTIVAL USING PUBLIC ROAD ? No pandals should be allowed to use part of public place. It can be done only within compounds of society or parks. Use of loudspeakers are not done as per rules. Even loudspeakers volume should have controls by way of measuring decibel values in vicinity. The procession should also move above 4.5 to 5Km. per hour speed. They can not stop and create traffic jams. Will any one care, I have my doubts. more
