Civic Issues in India
The main problem in the country is that law makers are facilitators for law breakers, hence law enforcement is an absolute weak link in the country. Most of the problems in the country are linked to corruption and no country can develop in a broad spectrum unless the horizontals in the country do not clean up and show national responsibility for the real growth. more

All are born equal. It is not that sC/ST/OBC are less intelligent but due to vote politics they have been classified as a separate class, requiring concessions for all time to come.How can some people think them so wise that they can say that certain castes are backward & the Judges endorse their view that these castes or persons adopted by these castes are a separate class. The more you give the more they require. All are born with same intelligence, it is Chances/circumstances & area/ Surroundings that make deprivation of opportunities. Such deprivation is equal for all castes residing there.India is not the only country, where we have squangers, leather workers, shepherd, Butures. Society All over the world can not exist without them. Do any where else in the world any concessions are given to any caste? Is it not a Nepotism that not only the present day relatives of certain castes should have concessions, but all their future generations, for all time to come, should continue their privy purses even if the factors, which made them concessionable, get removed. This is perfect politics- You make me King I make all of you my Courtiers. more

Democracy has become a tool of exploitation, those who know how to manipulate and manoeuvre law, can rule and benefit to an unbeleiveable extend. The world is being exploited under the slogan of Democracy and it is in the hands of the Voters who give power to those who pray and preach for the benefit of the nation are only throwing mud in the eyes of the masses. I wish to state a slogan a democrattic leader in a very prosperous nation said in a parliament. " We are all democrats, everyone has an opinion and the right to express. I have one and you can follow it." What is the difference between Democracy and any other system, nothing or little, other than different shields they carry. more

Do we think we would be able to make India better with such a political system. Probably "No". We have framed rules in such a way that is beyond understanding of even a middle class persons and India with such a mix of population (70% people in illiterate category) who will understand the rules. Thanks to corrupt system, get away after committing any crime. In a case of Accidents, a person who is in need of money is planted as "Driver" in that accident and the owner gets away. Murder is a crime for award of death penalty but murdering a person through a planted accident? Crime against women cell, mediators, police, and other stakeholders are making money through abuse of women laws. Income Tax rules are so complicated that it is beyond understanding of a low class business man. So many ifs and buts. TADA/POTA was also more or less meant for abuse. Rape laws are equally being abused. You increase penalty for violation of traffic rules, that would help the pocket of any traffic cops as we equally carry on our life without discharge of responsibilities. Least is commented about legal agencies the better it is. more

Are people equal or unequal? not Gid but we make ourselves into good or bad by our thoughts actions. Even God can't make us good. it is all up to us. We need a system where good people guide us and we do work by which I can be on path to being good. teachers & administrator who are good alone can create good systems! Indian wisdom had a plan but we are now in state of 'perpetual purposelessness'. as long we think all are equal there is no solution. more

How some people become leaders? It may be he who provokes & unites people even some times to defy the law. Dr. Ambedkar united the downtrodden & suggested some representation but persons like Ms. Mayawati, AIDMK, DMK, Late Sh.VP Singh, Sh. Ram Bilas Paswan all went for more & more & to the extent of proportionate to their population for which there is no provision, unmindful of its impact that it will create a further division of Society, which already had been divided on religious lines e.g. Swaminarayan, Anandpur, Beas, Nangli wale, Arya Samaj, Nirankari, Murari Bapu, Bapu Assa Ram, Guruji, Ram Rahim, Shia, Sunni & every body thinks that what ever they think that is the ultimate. Some decades earlier People in North did not know Padamnabhan, Murgan, Tirupati Temples. Similarly people in South might have not heard about Mata Vaishnu Devi & many even today may not be knowing about Nathdwara Temple. The cause of rift between various sects is ignorance about the fact that they inherited the religion, they belong, from their parents & surrounding which is not absolute. There is no denial about the almighty- who created himself & every thingelse in this world & above all Human with a great Mind, but still some people across the border think of destruction of their brothers by ceasefire violations & blowing of hotels instead of constructive activities for welfare of their brethren & alleviation of hunger- what for? Let Almighty bless goodness to prevail. Let us call Dharamgurus/ Clerics together & resolve the issue of holding Prayers or processions on Roads or digging Roads for pitching of tents, to avoid inconvenience to others more
