Civic Issues in GK1
I have resolved my block's(Cblock, G K 1) civic issues with local authorities amicably. I can for others also. For cleanliness, driver's toilets in colony, what to do about it? there r many bottlenecks to b cleared for smooth working, inspite of security day & night every block maintains, it is of no help unless block residents themselved get involved in helping out matters, keeping block mcd park cleaner, backlanes cleaner,parking raws, gates for entry& exit closing & managing in night, raddiwalas-vegtable sellers entry, exit & entry rules observing,car thefts & other thefts' police handling as security of block has no clues most of the times, & then there r bigger issues like house thefts,murder next door etc, how to handle it till conclusion/end result, has to b jointly worked out by block residents, police, & security. more

Mr.Walia u should write to AAP's corruption cell for these builder's cheating issue/ write to complaintsssss'cell, in Delhi Govtmnt's PR dptment. Meeta Sanghvi more

Your eml's details need scritiny, hence consumer court can b approached by taking signature on a ltr with all facts properly noted, with background ( facts in very brief), promises made by builders(agreement when done), promissed structure time & its accuracy, injustice done & prayer for prayer that all of u members staying there, consumer court of your area should b found out, 1 visit & u will find many /route all of u can take, no need for lawyer, even of builder hire a lawyer well versed/ they may bribe members, your facts, & simultaneous contact with area newspaper- write ltrs to editor of areas' newspapers'editor, every work should b divided between your society members as few people may not able to reach everywhere, I am sure u can go quite far against the problem u all r facing, I think so. 1nce again I thank for your positive attitude even while going through my eml. YOUR RESPONSE ITSELF IS A BIG ENCOURAGEMENT I AM A RESIDENT OF NEW MANGLA PURI , LAL DORA AREA, MANDI ROAD, NEW DELHI. THIS PROPERTY, HAD 16 FLATS, IS BUILT BY THREE BUILDERS WHO ARE TAKING US FOR RIDE FOR ONE OR THE OTHER REASON. NOW THEY ARE AFTER THE TERRACE TO OCCUPY. AFTER MOVING HERE, RWA WAS REGISTERED FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE FLAT OWNERS. PLEASE TELL ME IF I CAN PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION ? more
