Very busy junction, needs major improvements both in terms of ease of reaching the station and manouvering within the station.  Waiting area should be provided, access control to platforms, blocking of passage by passengers sleeping in the station & goods should be addressed.  Parking facilities for visitors. CCTV coverage & security should be strengthened.
