12601 Chennai Central-Mangalore Central Express Train

I was traveling in AC coach on 24-06 -2016 from Madras to Mangalore. The train is to reach Mangalore at around 1PM. At 8 Am when the train reached calicut, the attendant started to pull our bedrolls , their aim was to get down at Mangalore & reach their homes even before the passengers do ! When I spoke to the TTE , he was helpless & the attendant "permuted me to complain" . I did complain through an SMS to 8121281212. I promptly recd a reply "your reference id : 1606251314111. your complaint does not pertain to South Central Railway….. please dial 138" . At around 12.45 PM the train was late & it halted in the outskirts of Mangalore near Ullal for quite sometime. The "electrician" switched the A/cs off ! We switched the fan on. Even before the train reached Mangalore the Lights & fan were switched off . Suffocating experience. I messaged 09717630982 , there hasn't even been an acknowledgment !
