Now that online purchases are increasing a systematic arrangement for receiving and moving them without dislocating the passenger movement is required.

Even though the station is always busy with people flocking every inch, I love this station for one simple reason - there are no steps to climb. There are other reasons to be happy about this station. One is their communication displya boards, so well put up at a heigh where we can see the details.

It it true that their platforms are always dumped with the cargo to be loaded or unloaded to/from trains. The concerned staff should own this and make sure that the parcels are neatly atleast nealtly stacked

Sitting arrengement is Good at station waiting hall, But Most of chairs are broken or missing, Baggers are sliping or sitting on the floor. Mobile charger are damaged.
No computerised booking of AC Dormitory available and the attendents behabours are very rude. No retiring room except this Dormitory whose rates are also highest in India.
After Sarvana Food court there is not so good food or Food-court available their in station.
Arrival Departure display is decent. Dirty Place.
