WORKING HOURS OF JUDICIARY
While welcoming the above proposed move of the Govt. for bringing about a low for working of the cinema halls, restaurants, shops, etc. for 24/7, for development of overall business and the convenience of the general public, the Govt. should think on the improving facilities available for the public in the fields of transportation and all the services of Govt.Depts. If the Govt. takes the lead, all others will be following very easily. In this regard it is worth mentioning the backlogs in the govt.depts., in almost all, for years, especially in the dept.of judiciary. The judicial dept. is enjoying the vacation, which has been initiated by the British people for their convenience. It is high time that the judiciary is not allowed to follow this practice at a time when the common man is waiting for justice on an average of 20 years from the system. more

It is also a known fact that "DELAYED JUSTICE IS BURIED JUSTICE", so how important is justice in the cases by the judges whatever it may be the judgement but it has to be delivered in time, if not, what quoted is hundred percent correct in my view and what about others I don't know? more

may god give discernment to all so that there is understanding between the citizens and no one has to go to court. Government should think on these lines how discernment may increase in our people. more

Need Urgent amendment in Legislation on Functioning of Judiciary and increasing the working hours. TAT to be fixed for each cases. more

I do not know who wrote the legal maxim "JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED" but this phrase is synonymous in legal profession. But the Individuals running the judiciary system seems to have a jaundiced eye on this aspect. They are a respected class and enjoy all the privileges, while public grievances have been totally ignored... a sad state of affairs. Judiciary needs a resurgence in the immediate future. more
