Will Supreme Court object A/c Opening for Exchange

If the apex court object condition of Account Opening to Exchange the Currency set in order to avoid Black Money getting White through Agents & those Discounters , definitely the Black Money gets White and becomes a failure of the campaign . If the apex Court objects conditioning Aadhar Card wherever issued , opting Gas/Ration card in other places , then also definitely the Black Money gets White through the opted process of Discounting/ Lending etc.,
Currency shall not be allowed to be misused for Creating Black Money further even now with this process .

This situation will certainly create distress and loss to those real Account Holders and those possess only White Money as per Laws of the Land . CAN THERE BE A SOLUTION AT PRESIDENT OR SUPREME COURT PLEASE ?

1. Govt. Stipulated that transaction above Rs.20,000 shall be through Cheque/Draft BUT FAILED IMPLEMENTATION . 2. Govt. Stipulated that all Bank Drafts above 40,000 shall be only through Account held in the Bank . BUT , FAILED TO CONTROL MULTIPLE ISSUE OF DRAFTS OF 40,000 IN A DAY by same person to same person . 3. Govts. Failed to control manipulation and mal practices in Banks by Officials and ; their legal option of Writing of Loans under Bad Debts cashing Bags of Corruption . Now also the same Banks are and had to be used for Exchange of Currency . 4. Govts. as well as Banks were not interested the limits of TWENTY THOUSAND CASH ;; FORTY THOUSAND DRAFTS ; to enforce at Constitutional ethics or even their born Citizen Responsibility . 5. Governments and Banks those grossly failed to organize the issue of Drafts STRICTLY AT LAW , Many individuals and businessmen could have their Bank Accounts now , this misuse and the Staking of Black Money could not have taken place to its heights . THIS ALSO PROVES THE WAY THE CONGRESS PARTY OPTED while reducing the Income Tax on Companies and Business Firms by 25% . This only seconded the issue of increasing Black Money Mountains . The Media visuals yesterday late evening reveal those Aged 8 and upto 13 are engaged with their Aadhar Card who are exchanging 2000 and 4000 per trip . THIS IS SET AS A CHALLENGE TO THE GOVERNMENT & JUDICIARY just at the provision of individual rights in the Constitution . The issue of Legitimate Bank Accounts in the name of Minors and their possessing Aadhar Card or any identity Card SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED LEGALLY FOR TRANSACTING BUSINESS WITH THE CURRENCY since they are not capable of handling such currency of thousands in Safe except less than a 100 [ 89 to 13 aged ] in their area merchants . Supreme Court is to justify this mode of challenge on demonetization process purposed for curbing only Black Money and the Concealed money . The Seriousness of such Currency statistically is to be recognized to confine strict actions at public interest and for the Secured National Safety . WHERE INDIA WAS LEAD ? HOW INDIANS TO BE is the question of this hour to all the Governing Bodies of the Constitution . more

Above fifty percent 100 and below currency was set for premium of 20 to 30% in exchange of 500 & 1000 notes as witnessed in Media too . This is only hurdle since this Rs.100 and below is now with those Black Money Holders who discounted their big notes . Any further release of these notes by Banks will again help by 50% to those such since this issue is befitting both the giver and taker . Account Opening System at Banks and Post Offices is only alternative but , only with Aadhar or Voter ID since any of these two are with every individual . more
