Why they delay the cases???
In pension case, every time case comes to the court the government side advocate submits a paper to delay the case. Is that possible for the advocates to delay the case against the employees???
Is their no procedure in court for submitting the paper?? i.e., when the first paper is submitted, will they not submit all the supporting points? If the paper submitted every month is unnecessary wont the judges warn them for misusing the court's time.
When question is raised for wasting the crores of public money by arranging parliament session and not discussing the important issues, why the question is not raised in case of the Courts where advocates delay the cases??? more

As long as the judges are allowed to post retirement appointments they need the favour of Government and their judgments will be always against the poor and common man. Hence judges should not be given any further appointment for monetary consideration. more

Our constitution has so many loop wholes and amendment wherever found necessary are making.Judiciary i feel have limitations.Any how they are performing well within the framework of the constitution. more

Narayanarao Tatavarty: Closing of contempt petition is a technical formality adopted by the Court for not pursuing it after Contemner submits its willingness to implement the court order. But if the Government dithers then you can file a Miscellaneous Application in the same Contempt Petition for prosecution of respondents and the same Contempt Petition will be revived. It is unfortunate that government files false affidavits as a matter of routine and courts are very liberal to government by not even recording its displeasure leave alone prosecuting them. After all Judges aspire to post retirement placement as Governorship, head of various commissions etc. and they do not like to antagonise any one in positions of power more
