Why show black flag to Tamil Nadu governor ?

Cadres of DMK party have shown black flag to Tamil Nadu governor in Cuddalore, where he interacted with government officials to know about the ground realities.
This only shows the low level of politics and politicians in Tamil Nadu.

What is wrong if the governor of the state seeks to know information about the problems faced by the people and receive their views and suggestions on the solutions for such problems?

Governor is not giving any instructions to government officials or issuing orders or asking them to defy the state government.

Governor is only proactive , instead of simply sitting in the Raj Bhavan and enjoying his time , as other governors have done hitherto..

Often the opposition parties call on the governor with memorandum and representations with regard to various issues and want the governor to act. How can the governor act on such requests if he would not know the real facts which can be learnt by interacting with people and officials?

For example, many people in Tamil Nadu think that the post of Vice Chancellors of University is for sale and with politicians and bureaucrats receiving bribe money from these job seekers. Should not the governor seek the information and probe the matter atleast informally by interacting with people at various levels?

Tamil Nadu politicians and politics have become counter productive and are doing great damage to the cause of the state.

I agree. For once a Governor is asking and trying to understand the status of Government schemes, why oppose it? Why should there be such a role if he should just sit idle and raise flags on Republic Day alone? more
Even DMK Cadres are not happy about Stalin's anti Governor Game paly. They them self feel this is some thing AIADMK leaders to worry not opposition . more over all these days same DMK Leaders blaming Governor for not interfering the issues like Apollo hospital, dissolving the government etc etc on the previous Governor Shri Vidhyasagar. So he is also another a cloned Raghul more
Yes this was the news a week or so back on the news channels. To the complete dismay the politicians of DMK has stooped down to so low levels of shaming the governor. That too when the Governor wants to work and do justice to his post for which he is paid Tax payers' money. This starkly shows how the politicians in the state take the public money seriously. This shows their filthiness. Shame on the politicians. And shame on us who have elected these politicians. more
It is also time that the President takes his post seriosly and starts to interact with opposition Chief Ministers and the army for better Governance at the centre.People have lost their intelligence to elect good and selfless leaders to parliament and the legislatures and it is time that the Cabinet secretaries and the Chief secretaries also take responsibility and start interacting directly with the people. It is also time that the IAS and IPS officers start interacting with the people and give the details of all the ongoing and proposed projects thro the Media directly to the people. Then there will be a transparent and responsible Govt working and people also will regain the faith of the Govt and its policies. more
At least public have got very good opportunity to express destination vise problem to the superior govt officials to get relief from the government. more
