Why CBI and CVC turn a blind eye to IAS etc
We come across everyday in the media that one LDC/UDC/ Superintendent/ ACTO/DCTO/ CTO/AMVI/ MVI/RTO/SI/DSP/MRO/RDO and other employees recruited by State PSCs and SSC or RRB or BRB are caught for disproportionate assets, as though All India Services officers IAS/IPS/IFS/Judges/MLAs/MPs etc are honest.
Most of the IAS, IPS of Hyderabad have constructed their buildings in Prasasan Nagar or Banjara Hills spending crores of rupees. Whether any person valued these assets at all. Their main door is worth few lakhs. Is this not a case of disproportionate assets. If all the assets of these officers are kept at one place for all the public to see, and offer 10% for giving leads for implicating these persons, there will be hundreds of complaints to fix them. But CBI and CVC do not act. more

I met not less than a dozen lawyers in service matters, criminal law practicing advocates another dozen and equal number in Civil and Family courts. No advocate gave the receipt. The law requires that they should give receipt for any amount received in excess of Rs. 500 without asking. The client is already half dead with the case institution itself, after hearing the costs he is three fourths dead and if he dares to ask, he will be mentally deranged as per my practical experience. They talk of expenses and not typing, printing etc. The expenses are inclusive of unofficial expenses at the courts. Some may be exceptional to give receipts and give details of expenses. But they can be counted on finger tips. more

Mr Narayanarao Tatavarty jee please ask the advocates to provide you the receipt now you have little diversion in your communication made earlier. As far the charges for typing, printing charges etc are concerned they will provide you the receipt or ask the client to make the payment to concerned person directly. In case you want me to suggest some lawyers please advise me since I am practising in supreme court delhi not in Hyderabad. However please ask the advocates to provide the receipt they will certainly provide. Please ask for what sort of litigations you require the competent lawyers as I am having few known lawyers there. more

Sri KP Singh, please furnish a list of competent advocates who grant receipts for the entire money collected in the name of expenses, fees, printing charges, etc. etc. so that all of us can be benefited with their services particularly in Hyderabad more
