It's not just kingfisher. He defaulted on his company Mc Dowell Crest finance and swallowed up the entire capital, of all the investors,CLB, RBI, no one took any action ,I spite of complaints and he was let off Scot free. He needs to be punished, for openly cheating so many Investors

I also dislike Vijay Mallya for his arrogance and flashiness but he has lost billions of dollars in Kingfisher Airlines. He has made a bad decision to start the company and then mismanaged it. Under the law creditors, lenders depositors can not go after him. They can only go after the company which is in any case financially ruined. Only the banks and lenders to whom Mallya gave his personal guarantee or mortgaged his other properties can go after him. Ordinary creditors have no recourse under the law of our country hence no one can really help them. At the most he will be blacklisted. more

Can anybody tell us why clb , rbi didnt take action against him ? What Indian government doing in this case ? What r doing all investers ? more
