Two Different electricity bills for the same meter no with two different consumer id

How to deal with the electricity bills issue. I got two Different electricity bills for the same meter no with two different consumer id for the same period but huge difference amount. In electricity office no one respond. I am worried about any legal action for not paying the bill. So far i have received bills with four consumer ids and the new bill is not adjusted with the payment already made with previous bills. Really appreciate any proper guidance mrp more
