Its true mr. Rajeev irctc dont care about TDR fileing and followups. they not even cheek the details, after 12 e mail to them the finle mail says your complaints forweded to conceran dept. that all they say. each time one of other person mails back with out cheeking the details. like this way also railway make money. more

I never received any amount after filing TDR, once I launched complaint with IRCTC vigilance cell instead of inquirig within their own system they ceased my booking ID with immediate effect. Due to this I found great difficulty in extracting my booked tickets and after making number of calls they send it on my mail address. This was appened around 2009-10. After this also I filed many TDRs but of no use even when train was late by more than 8hrs. due to which I didn't catch connecting train for onward journey. more
