No Coordination between IRCTC & Indian Railways

I had earlier shared about my experience with Railways & their much touted IRCTC portal for services. I can say this with my experience that it is all hog wash and I now have good amount of proof. I had not let off following up with Railmadad. This portal works only till the time you are on journey. Once the journey is over, there is no provision on the site for complaints/grievance as the PNR you enter would be shown as Invalid. If you log into Indian Railways, there is absolutely no provision for airing grievance. If you approach IRCTC, they wash their hands saying that they are just a portal for facilitating ticket booking, meal ordering. So who is responsible? I have in my 8 months dogged follow up only got half a dozen ticket numbers. Can anyone share the President's portal where such complaints are immediately dealt with? I had written to Care@irctc and even Sdgm@sr.railnet but didn't get any results from either quarter. more

Yes irctc looks like do not want to hear any grievance from customers and they can show that there is no complaint and all are happy but it is the otherway round more
