THERE HAS BEEN SOME HUE AND CRY ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES OF THE PRESENT HINDU RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE

ENDOWMENTS DEPARTMENT:

There is one Area wherein they have been restoring the Lands back to the Temples, or getting the rightful share of Rentals, which was overtly being exploited by Private parties, Private Schools and other bodies close to the management.

The attached is one of the instances.
A PANDORA’s BOX ATTEMPTING TO BE OPENED. SHOULN’T THIS BE WELCOME, SO THAT OUR TEMPLES GET THEIR LANDS BACK AND USED FOR THE PURPOSE IT IS MEANT AND GETS THE RIGHTFUL RENTALS ? more

I also welcome the attitude change in believing in God with the Political Parties. It is not true that all who vote or support the Ruling Party believe in their Ideology onGod, Belief and Worship;even their own members and Legilators are devout followers of the Supreme. As long as it doesn't go to the other extreme as in the Middle East, where women are not at all considered Humans, No Education, No working except in Kitchen. It is here that India excells in respecting Women. It is gratifying to note that the Social Justice sytem is beginning to be recognisedslowly in other states too. more
Good it is happening even if it is at the behest of judiciary, which is what is the order of the day in India. No political party is interested to free the temples nor allowing to get its dues from its property more
Good move. Next, temples should have no restrictions on who can enter and pray, as long as the devotee follows the customs and practices of the temple and religion (not of their own religion or caste or practices). A good example is the Golden temple in Amritsar. All devotees have to cover their head, no talking on mobiles inside the Gurudwara, no food allowed (other than those served in the Gurudwara), bathing in the pond only at specified place..... There are volunteers who keep a watch and stop unwarranted actions. more
yes, the wole thing started only because the High court intervened on account of a petition. Otherwise things would have been the same and the plunder would have continues. Now the govt cannot do much side stepping like earlier days as the case is being monitored. Having said that, like itis mentioned, It is a big welcome move even if the governmentt has no other way!!! more
