I am a resident of Alibag, I have observed that from last six month, a lady, aged between 35 or 45, remain seated in front of Vaman Hari Pethe Jeweller. Probably she is lives on alms and lost her mental ability to think .
2. Her condition is worsening with each passing day and she may die due to sceptic reason as she lives near nallah. Her left hand seems injured. .
3. When we tried to give her lunch, we found that she vomited and when checked, she seems suffered from fever. When my lady friend enquired, she discovered that she is being sexually abused regularly in morning by some people
In the light of above facts, I request your kind legal help or ngo help for attention and action before a precious human live is lost. more

There are many such in many Regions . Acute poverty, neglect of children & relatives, lonelyness & increasing simultaneously like the Orphans/Child Beggars . Poverty incidence is such and its dangerous status revealed in 2011 Statistics . All are due to the neglect on Earning opportunities/Facilities and swallow of even the Lands that are meant for poor Families under Land Ceiling Acts . There must be a cap on political preferences and absolutely empowered Judiciary but , since the ideology has been changed , the Governance shall be set at Marshal Attempt placing Policing under Military Control to maintain law and order as well as law and justice strictly implementing the Objectives of the Constitution . more
