the decisions of Supreme courts Our top court in India
As we all know in our India Supreme court is supreme of all courts and it is safe guarding our consitution and to provisions provided to the citizens of India. But in recent past days the Supreme Court is not giving seriousness on the constitutional provisions cases (CPC) especially for reservations, when any file is filed should compromise along with the constitution. For getting the good judgement and benefit of the citizens the bench should be more than eight member then only proper judgement can expect… as long as this type of two bench three bench cannot give proper judgement and it can be not valid judgement also and it is insulting the constitution directly or indirectly.
If any lower court is not following constitution then supreme court has to give directions to the lowers courts. when the top court itself is doing wrong thing where will be the true justice. more

It appears from the writing of Mr. Vijay VK as if the H'ble SC removess the Reservation from India, all things will become excellent. He has chosen the Subject of Reservation only to highlight the wrongs in judiciary which speaks of his thinking only against the downtrodden people who have been deprived of their basic human rights for thousands od years if not lakhs of years. My dear friends, till recently, who had reservation in education... It was Brahman, in Trade... the Vaishya, in forces...Kshatriyas. In which field the present day deprived groups had Reservation ? It was only in the field of serving their masters without any regular salary and working hours with extreme persistent humiliations which we shiver today by hearing. Is it not the responsibility of present civil society to provide their generations better opportunities as they are left far behind in society ? Please remove the hatred for the reservation from mind and let it continue till the deprived groups are brought at par with others in all fields i. e. Socially, Educationally and financially. more

Thank you. I personally believe that the Supreme Court Judges are probably too occupied in current challenges and are prone to manipulations by the Government, Bureaucracy and so called prominent faces that they seem to have little time for individual citizens, for whom they actually exist. The other courts also are not only lethargic in understanding and action, but seem to follow the wishes of the Government and related powerful agencies, delaying justice to the common people. Possible the current scenario need a supervisory level over the judges to help them in cutting unnecessary delays, improving their productivity, helping them in qualified decision making protecting and supporting the JUSTICE under all circumstances. The supervision should help productivity, quality of work and at time may even stop favors and bring strength to the judges to decide. more

"Administration of Judiciary" let it be governed by the Hon'ble Court and should NOT be a Public Domin, else it will become other Govt. Dept. Democracy do prevail but it does not mean that each and every nuck & Corner can be criticized by any body. Reservation in education and in jobs as well as promotions is meant to give opportunities to the hitherto oppressed and those who remain backward provided they have the talent and are willing to work hard--not to give opportunity to those who have no talent and/or who are not willing to work. Extending Reservation beyond ten years to those in the same family for more period defeats the purpose. more

मै भी श्री P K बंसल के विचारों से सहमत हूँ जजों की संख्या बढ़ाने की ज़रूरत नहीं ज़रूरत है न्यायपालिका की सोच बदलने को - प्रदूषण पर सवा सज्ञान लेने वाला SC शाहीन बाग में सार्वजनिक सम्पत्ति पर ग़ैर क़ानूनी क़ब्ज़े पर कार्यवाही क्यूँ नहीं करता है ? आज आम आदमी के अंदर न्यायपालिका पर से विश्वास समाप्त हो रहा है - आतंकी के लिए रात में खुलने वाली SC आम आदमी के लिए कब रात में खुलेगी जब संविधान की खामियों को देश की जनता परिमार्जित कर सकती है तो न्यायपालिका की खामियों को क्यों नहीं कर सकती ? यदि NJAC को सुप्रीम कोर्ट असंवैधानिक कह सकता है तो इससे ज्यादा असंवैधानिक तो कोलेजियम सिस्टम है जिसमें ना तो पारदर्शिता है और ना ही ईमानदारी ?जज अपनी नियुक्ति खुद करे ऐसा विश्व में कहीं नहीं होता है सिवाय भारत के। क्या कुछ सीनियर IAS आॅफिसर मिलकर नये IAS की नियुक्ति कर सकते हैं? क्या कुछ सीनियर प्रोफेसर मिलकर नये प्रोफेसर की नियुक्ति कर सकते हैं ? यदि नहीं तो जजों की नियुक्ति जजों द्वारा क्यों की जानी चाहिए ? आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट एक धर्म विशेष का हिमायती बना हुआ है ... सुप्रीम कोर्ट गौरक्षकों को बैन करता है ...सुप्रीम कोर्ट जल्लीकट्टू को बैन करता है ...सुप्रीम कोर्ट दही हांडी के खिलाफ निर्णय देता है ....सुप्रीम कोर्ट दस बजे रात के बाद डांडिया बंद करवाता है .....सुप्रीम कोर्ट दीपावली में देर रात पटाखे को बैन करता है। लेकिन .. सुप्रीम कोर्ट आतंकियों की सुनवाई के रात दो बजे अदालत खुलवाता है ....सुप्रीम कोर्ट पत्थरबाजी को बैन नहीं करता है....सुप्रीम कोर्ट गोमांश खाने वालों पर बैन नहीं लगाता है ....ईद - बकरीद पर पर कुर्बानी को बैन नहीं करता है .....मुस्लिम महिलाओं के शोषण के खिलाफ तीन तलाक को बैन नहीं करता है। ज़रूरत है न्यायपालिका में आमूलचूल परिवर्तन की और न्यायाधीशों की ज़िम्मेदारी तय करने की जिससे लम्बित मुक़दमों की संख्या कम हो सके साथ ही निचली अदालतों में लिए गए जिन निर्णयों को उच्च या उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा ग़लत ठहराया जाता है उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी तय होनी चाहिए और जिसने ग़लत निर्णय दिया उस पर कार्यवाही होना चाहिए तभी सुधार सम्भव है और तभी इनकी निरंकुशता पर अंकुश लग सकेगा । more
