TODAY AT 12.30 I BOOKED OLA FROM MY PHONE AND I WAS GIVEN TAG NO.CRN 148310386 FOR 3.00 O CLOCK BUT TILL 3.10 NO INFORMATION CAME WE CALL ON 079355355 THEIR CALL CENTRE I WAS REPLIED TAXI IS NOT AVAILABLE THIS IS 4 TH TIME HAPPENS HOW THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE TO CUSTOMERS BEFORE THIS I WANT TO GO TO AIRPORT THAT TIME ALSO THEY DID THE SAME THING THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED IF THEY CAOULD NOT RUN THE SERVICE AND CLOSE OFFICE IN AHMEDBAD more

Government should regulate these and make them responsible for the service. Also they should have only two fare structure - one normal and the other peak time with peak time demarcated clearly more

I have bitter experience of the working of ola. It is untrustworthy. May the local operators are not doing their work properly. more

On line Purchasing, Taxi booking don't show off all these things like the rich. Do everything of your own pay and forget. EVEN credit cards too. more

Permits to such an irresponsible service provider must be withdrawn without delay and be totally banned from functioning in the country. more

In HUBLI many Taxis waiting in the IDHAG maidan or near AYODHYA HOTEL. Personally go,they are just on their toes to come. Help them. Do every job in Personally and don't depend on others Pay more no headache and no tension. more
