Tamil Nadu extends Covid19 lockdown till August 31.

Complete lockdown on all Sundays in August.

Certain relaxations announced.

Educational institutions, theatres, gyms, shopping malls, swimming pools, beaches, tourist places to remain shut.

So they seem to have taken the circles recommendation of no theater no gym. Glad that sanity is prevailing at state level more

TN Govt. decision seems to be logical taking the prevailing situation in neighbouring states into consideration. How long the labour classes and daily vendors are going to suffer we don't know..The only nagging factor is E pass. Even the genuine public is subjected to a lot of misery. Hope things will fall in line shortly. Public also should feel the responsibility and cooperative with the govt. more
i think TN GOVT,has acted very sensibly taking into account the local prevailing conditions.Karnataka does not seem to learn much .seems to be ignoring local conditions prevailing. more
Sunday lock down may be OK. But why the E pass compulsory to move inter district once the centre has instructed E-pass not required to move inter state.
Total corruption in the Tamil Nadu government is in very peak. more
Madam, is there any update on whether the e commerce vendors can supply non essential goods I think it's time that non essentials are allowed to be delivered through e commerce route more
