The survey areas LC had done is quite inadequate. There are many more areas where corruptions are deep rooted and very hard to eradicate. The leaders of the State should act as the proverb says "Caesar's wife should be beyond doubt more

Public awareness is one of the key areas. Something to be done for this then we can control around 40 to 50% on corruption. Mainly all educated people first to surrender for this corruption . If you see uneducated village people discuss with others , neighbours and finally when they cannot do anything , will try to extend their hand for corruption. This is one of the disease in TamilNadu because of no information for many official procedures in Govt or in Private sector. more

My wife attached 4 plots of land at Sirucheri Village adjacent to SIPCOT OF OMR in 1997.She obtained Legal opinion, parent document certified copy from Sub Registrar office Thiruporur, Patta (Both Manual in 1997 and Computerised in 2003) Regular EC until 2016 and Land Tax Paid till 2016. Land Survey No : 160 / 1. In 2014 about 44 local villagers filed a case in the Chengalpattu Municef court OS No : 663 / 2014 pleading that the land was their ancestral property inherited from their great grandfather and to prevent our possession. Hence an interim injection was granted for a month against 9 purchasers of the land Survey no 160 / 1. This suit ended on 1st Manch 2019. The Patta on us was reflected in the Village VAO ' S register till 2018. Suddenly the Revenue Divisional officer of Thiruporur Town Cancelled the land measurement in our Patta as ' O ' and we were unable pay the land tax. Patta on the ONLINE reflects the names but the measurement is mentioned as ' 0 '. The court dismissed the suit as they withdrew the suit on 1 st March 2019. The EC reflects the cancellation of interim injection. Does the DRO has the right to Cancel the measurement in the Patta already granted ? The plaintiffs obtained Patta for the same peice of land 160 / 1 survey in 2016. How is it possible to give s second patta for the same piece of land quoting the 44 plaintiffs' great grand father was the original owner and the seller wrongfully sold as plots to us. We have possessed the same land from 1997 and now in 2018 the RDO have given second patta to the others to the same piece of land 160 / 1. Is it right ?. Heavy corruption by the DRO and the Thasildhar. What should we do now?. more

Corruption is very serious disease we have to give strong punishment only the treatment no excuse more
