Should BJP contest in R K Nagar poll ?

Many people in Tamil Nadu seem to think that the governments led by two dravidian parties namely DMK & AIADMK over the last several decadeshave done tremendous harm to overall progress of Tamil Nadu in variety of ways.

The widespred corruption in the state at all levels and political interference in administration is now doing havoc

The overall view atleast amongst concerned people seem to be that both the dravidian parties should not be ruling the state anymore. Unfortunately, most number of fringe parties in Tamil Nadu are aligning themselves with either DMK or AIADMK, leaving people with no better choice.

The entry of cinema actors will only bring the political scenario in Tamil Nadu to a more ridiculous and laughable level.

It is high time that Tamil Nadu should be under the governance of a national party and not regional party.

People need to be given an option.

In this context, BJP contesting R K Nagar poll is a welcome move.

In all probability , BJP will be defeated. Nevertheless , people are given a chance to vote for an alternate party.

Why other north indian states ruled by national party low level of progress in all catagory.Actualy in our country national party managed by certain group of people.then only regional party came e to power across india.recently we all cannot digisit BJP one part show harm the country ecnomic. Out youngsters all jobless ,country GDP going down. All small scale industries all going to shut down.like this BJP progress last 3 years. more
By contesting the election BJP will be able to understand the pulse of the voters. Even if it gets single digit percentage of votes polled it is worth contesting. more
Thanks, Mr. Venkataraman for airing your views. Yes, we need a powerful national party to consolidate power and ruling position in Tamilnadu. Unfortunately none of the front leaders of BJP in Tamilnadu has the Charisma to lead and maturity in expression, required at this stage for Tamilnadu. Mr. Modi should personally train these leaders and motivate them in the statesmanship. more
There is an ongoing perception among those who backed BJP that the party has become arrogant. Their taking the problems foisted on the populace through demonetisation and GST for granted has not gone down too well and some are ruing having voted for the BJP. However we still do not want the corrupt Congress to come back. It is regrettable that the BJP spokesmen on Mirror Now and Times Now do not mend matters by their self-opinionated and careless dismissal of grave problems inflicted on people during demonetisation and GST and by their all-out determination to link Aadhar card to ration cards, bank accounts, mobile phones etc.
The Gujarat elections will be a pointer to what can be the outcome in Tamilnadu as well. However, the BJP should
go on a massive membership drive and they can attract the well-meaning and dedicated persons only if they put development on the agenda ahead of diversionary ploys like Padmavati, Non-Vegetarian food habits, singing
of National Song, inflicting Hindi on the Southern and North Eastern States etc.
Hope they wake up so that we remain free from the corrupt parties.

This is one way to promote BJP that's all Winning is not the objective . using this opportunity BJP can use all media and campaign as a media for clarifying people on Demonetization as opposition through questions on every issue and BJP just clarify the questions on start up , stand up, jallikattu, smart card , digital economy how it controlled the capitation fees cash transactions of illegal money ? chances of people having huge hot cash at home how it was controlled etc etc.... Just do not expect to get vote now, just clarify the questions raised by the opposition on how the devaluation of currency worked and controled the holding of illegal and un-accounted cash in their custody other Except a 2 to 3 months time suffering for the middle and poor now the rich are only in trouble as they all fell in the trap by depositing the money at their locker and containers more
People have still not forgotten the awakening done by periyar in Tamilnadu.BJP can win only if that awakening is dead and gone. more
Rules formed by a few influential people to suit their improvement and keep themselves ahead of the rest Leaving the large majority with injustice.Periyar explained it to the people in the way they were able to understand and to remember for their generations. Unfortunately that awakening is slowly dying down due to the same influential people trying to divert the people's attention more
SAD TO NOTE THE IGNORANCE OF COMMUNAL MEANING. IT IS LIKE SOME ONE NAMED KRISHNA DOES NOT MEAN LORD KRISHNA . COMMUNAL IS NOT JUST SPECIFIC TO BJP, AS ALMOST ALL POLITICAL PARTIES BELONG TO THE SAME CATEGORY, STARTING WITH MORE STRONG BOTH DRAVIDIAN PARTIES, AS THE VERY NAME SIGNIFY. VERY SAD TO NOTE STILL WE TALK ABOUT COMMUNAL, AFTER 50 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE, RATHER THAN FOCUSING ON DEVELOPMENT ISSUES, WHICH IS TOO MUCH TO EXPECT WITH FREEBIES POLITICS, BASED ON MONEY, MUSCLE AND MANIPULATION POWER. more
We should not encourage communal parties. corruption is common in all parties. No way BJP is better than other parties more
