security condition in train is too bad. the security gard of every train is sleeping every time. they do not work properly . plz provide a tool free no on every ticket for complain those type of police who has not working in train. more

Ministry of Railway stop this useless drama.... 90% railway employees do not report on duty.. they pay bribe to supervisor and get the salary without doing any work.. 1st of all put all such employees in Jail and forfeit their all property and recover the salary paid to them... !!! more

Also each station to have Auto exit only with PROPER TICKETS like METRO's this is common for all Trains in Europe and US, Japan. This sud be introduced to start with atleast at major stations. This will help to keep un necessary such people away from Platforms itself. more
