Can someone suggest about revealing the identity of the builder and remaining anonymous ?
Builders can get anyone killed in case their activities are revealed to the authorities
During past 3 decades the attitude of the common man and woman has become more daring,fearing none and adding illegal structures to the old ,cracked buildings which were constructed more than 50 years ago and foundation of the building remains same.
Foundation can't hold on to the extra loads of constructions. more

Please do not forget that this pathetic state of affair is gifted to us by previous regime of UPA rule and we as citizen have to bring this point strongly so that the current system can acknowledge the pain we are going through. more

It is wrong to say that the pathetic state of affair is the gift of previous regime of UPA, or, for that matter, any of the previous regimes. Please, analyse the role of the Oppositions played in destabilising the governments, and remember the impact of the once statement of former PM Atal Bihari Vijpayee ji: Agar Hame Sattah nhi mili, toh hum isko aapke qabil bhi chhodenge. more

Personality of a builder involved in criminal activities is typical A driver keeps holding the door of brand new SUV because bade Saheb is getting ready He poses to be noble and connected He keeps changing SUV's His wife is typical Indian woman adept at flaunting ill-gotten wealth of her husband. He can call police at midnight to scare the lonely woman living peacefully in her Home He can Order lots of Lathi and police personnel to barge into homes of vulnerable seniors He poses to be NRI He is good to lonely woman who has time to get involved in never ending property wars with own siblings because he's good at instigating family members against each other How come he is roaming freely despite murder of his own mother in law,murder for property made headlines,20 years ago he is a suspect He is involved in housing and chit fund scams Is our legal system slow ? Job of police is to investigate Jobs of the courts is to punish the criminals Where is the fault? Encourage reform process started recently because that's the only hope for a law abiding citizen. more

Our democracy now have very poor status as everywhere peoples/politicians/ govt officers/ legal regime /contractors etc. are taking undue advantage of Democracy smooth sailing system. Thus smooth life of everyone, esp poor and non influential people in country is now difficult due to above reason. There should be strict law and quick and fair justice required by dynamic administration by govt supported by those who are running various departments. Improvement can not be possible by one man. more

I have approached SDM:,area police, written letters to commissioner of police,, online complaint to fire safety regarding illegal structures on GF barsaati floor of our 50 years old building.
No mother should tolerate her daughters being teased by builders Mafia who were flourishing under garb of being decent people of society
Purpose of writing here is to reach out to people and authorities
Women have a right to buy a flat by working hard and not wasting Life in eyeing inheritance
