Regarding the service of e-vallet in railway e ticket booking system

The Indian Govt. has been started up a new service in the name of e-vallet during the online e-ticketing booking. Usually the need of e-vallet is much more in the Tatkal ticket booking session but unfortunately it is available only after 12.00 noon which is not of much importance. My suggestion is e-vallet should be started from 10.00 a.m to whole of the day service.

At every step improvement is required . ticketing, garbage, toilets, water n food, securit n, policing, stations n platforms,corrupt n careless running staff,enquiry-display-announcement, criminals n without ticket holders, local passengers, general sanitation, bedrolls, animals on track n plateforms, unauthorised vendors etc.Railways should be at par to US, Europe. more  
My suggestion would be to discourage the illegal ticket bookings through agents. I have not travelled in Indian Trains since last 2 years because I could never get the tickets to the routes like Mumbai , Jammu , Bangalore and many other destinations. Even tatkal tickets were not available . It is a nexus going on and needs to be disrupted and finished. Tickets are simple not available even if you try to book one month in advance. more  
I have a tourist guide for foreign tourists nearly 50 lakh people visiting india with first tourist map india it includes destinations of tourist importence for selection and reservation ,trains connecting .no official has worket out till now , I bring to your kind notice that tourism has biggest revenue in india and trains do have a large rewars potential untapped I invite for publication with railways authorisation diatribution with market profit sharing but there is no reply . 200 billion doallar business is overlooked for petty problems talked in your circle . take the idea on ppp mode with us and see the profits email ckb@india.com more
