office of registration mehrauli courts.south delhi.
I want to share my experience with everyone reading it so that our faith in authorities remain unaffected. I got a trust deed registered in 2001 for charity to be done from my flat.Notary and his team have an office at congested Nehru Place but Mr.Singh could see through the reasons for a lone senior citizen visiting his office. His charges were reasonable and not affected by address of flat being in posh GK.Now in 2015 lots had happened during the years for me to make certain additions and subtraction. My Lawyer of the area..let us call him Mr.GK took full advantage of the fact that he presumed I was vulnerable with 3 daughters married unfortunately Mr.Singh passed away but Mrs Singh is doing a great job at same office but the lady cannot come to Mehrauli.Lawyer GK converted relinquishment to gift and I signed on dotted line trusting him.The case is in old Mehrauli Court and I am fighting as a citizen as suggested and willing to pay fine to the tune of 3 lakh plus....For trust deed I approached a notary having his office on a table outside court. He did all the typing work..getting draft made for court fee..took a token for me..accompanied me..accompanied nd saw to it that Trust was not a gift..nor I was interested in getting funds from Govt.or Private individuals or from Finance Institutions. Everything was done in 2 hours and he will get me the formal paper in my home.Who says Humanity is dead! May we have more likes of him..Anil Kumar. more
Health and education are the pillars of human development. But look what happens. Hi-fi hospitals and schools have been facilitated by Subsequent administrations are throwing to winds The constitution of India Most of the hi-fi hospitals have established an insurance counter and govt has approved them for reimbursement from public funds. Besides depriving govt hospitals of good doctors and local govt. schools from good teachers, these institutions have linked with banks and insurance companies to make money by fleecing both public and public funds Pleas read ARTICLE 39 The constitution of India shown below. To ensure social justice one has to periodically review implementation of various development programs and welfare projects for the strict adherence to the rule of law and public interest as part of good governance. [explanation is in square bracket] • (a) that the citizens, men and women equally, have the right to an adequate means to livelihood; [Means to livelihood is not supply of subsidized food or freebees; but opportunity to earn a decent livelihood. Unreasonable price of essentials cannot be controlled, compensated or countered by providing subsidies using public funds] • (c) that the operation of the economic system does not result in the concentration of wealth and means of production to the common detriment [Unreasonable profiteering and the so called land acquisitions, (that often involve forced usurping of agricultural land or water meant for irrigation) for establishment of real estate or SEZ as part of developments should precisely not be construed to aid concentration of wealth against constitution] • (e) that the health and strength of workers, men and women, and the tender age of children are not abused and that citizens are not forced by economic necessity to enter avocations unsuited to their age or strength [slums erupting around factories established after acquiring private land including wetland and agriculture land in the name of value addition and job generation does not provide any shelter to the employees; with the result they are forced to settle around the factories where more often the effluents flow; These slums are unhygienic with no proper civic amenities and controlled by musclemen; they more often turn into hotspots of boot legging and mafia groups] • (f) that children are given opportunities and facilities to develop in a healthy manner and in conditions of freedom and dignity and that childhood and youth are protected against exploitation and against moral and material abandonment [this is precisely what is not happening in most urban estates around which slums and unauthorized dwellings controlled and operated by powerful groups] Each clause of article 39 of the constitution of India is a direction for welfare. However, as already discussed mere economic development (highlighted through niftys or bullish trends in stock market) does not empower the masses if the welfare projects are perceived in terms of free bees. If popular governments get carried away by public demand for (or passively accept) concessions, subsidies and freebees, it may reduce the survival skill of the citizens and discourage their urge to work for a decent living. more
