Objectivity in Bureaucracy
When I look back decades ago, possibly our 1st forefathers had a direct and simple vision. In early years several commercial organisations were set up in Steel, Heavy Industry, Machine Tools, Medicine and several other sectors even when the country and the citizens did not even have the food to eat; forget about taxes. This did set the country on industrialization yet what should have been achieved was never achieved.
These organisations instead of taking lead and building own strengths always remained slaves to the so called technology from abroad. Even today when you look at ONGC, Oil India, Engineers India, Gail, Refineries etc and other similar organisations; they are still slaves to foreign companies in the form of so called new technology.
We have never been able to keep trust in our own Indian companies
and work together to achieve common success. Not only this, these bureaucracies, accompanied with Tax Implementing Authorities are responsible for killing growing small companies. You can not do nothing, unless you are ready to negotiate and give up.
Even the adjudicating authorities, our courts act as negotiating tables and instead of applying law and supporting the citizens support the Government; keeping aside the merit.
Our case involving three orders is currently in High Court and also with Prime Ministers Office, Petroleum Ministry, Finance Ministry, Commerce Ministry and Law Ministry.
How does merit matter? Why some one should bell the cat?
A common citizen, let him die.
Where is the concern and respect for Government's own policies?
Who will punish the intentional wrong doers; they are the bureaucracy of the Government of India and can do no wrong?

Sir, if we are CLEAR that our Ultimate Pleasure & pain (Health) is in getting Children with Desirable Virtues. That needs us to mediate for ever toward Ideal thoughts to tie our state of MIND filled with desirable thoughts. This is the Genetic Influence, MAN alone create SEEDs and plants in the womb of women. So if the men are disciplined, then women will be so. Like the unpolluted Mother Earth. Mother Earth does not seed a Neem or Jackfruit or Sweet or Sour mango but the Seeds are planted. So the importance of the Discipline of MEN, alone influence Genetics of any living creature. The Great Scientist, Einstin had declared the more he explored Science, the more he explored Spirituality. The same is true with our traditional wisdom, our fore-fathers like Arya Bhatta, Baskaracharya, Varaha Mihira and such others including Dronacharya, Sukracharya, Valmiki Maharishi, Bagawan Ved Vyasa, have left to us huge wealth of wisdom. THE ULTIMATE OF SUCH HINDU WISDOM IS TO REMIND US TO LIVE THE LIFE OF KARMA YOGI. But there are other school of thoughts like Arabs, Churches and those APPARENT Non-belivers of any God. These also appear as custodians of Arabs, Churches' school of thoughts, SECULARs. In essence these are OP-POSERS OF KARMA YOGI SCHOOL OF THOUGHTS, in effect IMPERIALISTS, Grabbers, Lotters of others NEEDS for their GREED. They leave behind huge wealth of LIFE FULL OF FEAR, TO SURVIVE ONLY SO LONG THEY HAVE SOME THING TO PAY PROTECTION MONEY. Yes we can leave a civilized world to our children even under such conditions of life. That is the Objective of My Trust registered. Anything otherwise is sure to mislead us. I agree and appreciate the raised concern. Let us search way out in our arena but the problem raised is social one so we need backup support from people. more

Sri T V Krishnamurthy and Sri SHANKAR SARAN are very correct and is only due to the corruptive practice opted through Communal gimmics while setting SIMPLY SLOGANS cheating the general Public . This is why Peoples participation in Discussions and Suggestions of good governance achievement that was opted alone is making us think on the Nation and the Citizen at Constitutional coverage . The cited ills of public administration diversifying and diluting the very Concept of rule in the Country carrying against to the Objectives of the very Constitution MUST BE REDRESSED THROUGH ANY MEANS opting even A BENEVOLENT DICTATOR TO SET THE THINGS RIGHT . I had in deed set these words in my letter addressed to President of the Nation on 2nd August & to CBI, CVC , ACB , and E.C. on 29-09-2013 itself . The root cause of this menace in the Country IS ONLY DUE TO BYPASSING AND DIVERSIFYING THE BUREAUCRATS AND THE REAL REAL Government Servants TOWARDS THE AIMED GOALS OF CORRUPT AND SELFISH POLITICIANS AND is true and a strict proof if we memorise the issue of above 30% those having Criminal Record seated in the Legislatures in the Country as at 2013 . Our country's problems are manifold: poor educational system; corrupt bureaucracy; slow judiciary; archaic laws; population explosion; greed ; loss of moral values; absence of national feeling; regionalism; nepotism; casteism; mixed economy ( private and public sector); reservation etc.etc. In this boiling cauldron of filth, it is a miracle that we are still surviving in an independent India! Some messiah has to come , perhaps a benevolent dictator, to set the things right. Democracy has been a total failure in our country. Look at the number of scams! China shoots some 500 corrupt officer each year, I hear. But in India the criminals masquerade as Janata's sevaks! I have fought a few cases of corruption in the PSU. But the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 dose not allow arrest of top functionaries without clearance of the government, and the government will not do so! Why can you do? I succeeded partly; so I advise you also to go on trying to the best of your efforts and fight the evil forces. more

Simple question - what are the necessities of life? Most will say food, shelter and clothing - I learned it in school in sixties. Now I realise it is food, health and education. With education and health provided to us we can earn our food, shelter and clothing. There is no need for subsidy for an able bodied adult.. more
