NON RECEIPT OF FD BY JP ASSOCIATES
I have invested in a FD issued by Jaiprakash Associates of Rs. 25,000/- on 11.10.2012 with maturity amount Rs. 36,305/- dtd. 10.10.2015. After deferring several times they cite CLB order to pay by June `16. But till date there is no response from them & all mails getting bounced & phone call remains unanswered.
Kindly advise how to recover the overdue amount. It is learnt that they have not paid to huge number of investors more

Uday GB : Srinivasan has already requested you to contact him over phone to ascertain the details. Hence, please ask the concerned complainant to talk to Srinivasan over phone. more

Dear Mr. Ravinder Goyal, Value is NOT NECESSARY/Sole criteria to file a writ in High Court BUT encroachment of the Fundamental right. Art. 226 of the constitution is very clear in the matter, which pl. be observed. For any further assistance and Help Pl. contact. It is more advisable to be more helpful than misleading the issue. more
