Non display of available birth numbers before payment on line.
Every one would agree that available seats should be on display before a payment is made on line. In fact, this facility is already available to the agents & should be extended to all the citizens of the country for transparency & for minimising corrupt practices. more

Whenever a passenger gets down at station he does not know how long the train will be at that station. its better if a digital display at platform indicating the time to go like what we have at traffic signals. more

I agree with Indrajit K Singh. Allotment/quota to senior citizens in reserved compartments either in AC coaches or 3 tier coaches of 2nd class is not taken up railways and refund for tatkal tickects is not taken up railways.Atleast retired and senior citizens shall be considered for refund of fare G.K.Naidu, Hyderabad more

I agree with the comment made by Mr Indrajit K Singh.Availability of Seat/Birth must be available for selection atleast in A.C coaches if not for all and definitely for Sr citizens. This is my very bitter experience that I avoided booking ticket through internet and booked through booking counter for a Sr citizen.In spite of repeated attempt by the very kind counter personnel, the Sr citizen was not given lower birth. more
