No water connection in 10 Delhi Govt Dispensaries in Dwarka
There are 10 Delhi Govt Dispensaries in Dwarka but none of them have a water connection. Unfortunately they are functioning for the last 25 years. I can't to know about the same only in August 2024. I filed PIL (CWP No. 13232/2024) and Delhi High Court directed Delhi Govt to look into the matter. Thereafter I filed Contempt Petition. Now issue has been expedited. Unfortunately conduct of Delhi Govt has been pathetic. They are seeking adjournments. Matter was listed yesterday before Justice Anil Dayal but it was adjourned due to change of Delhi Govt panel counsel. more

There is no change in governance system. PWD, Delhi is still behaving indifferently. I order got passed in my PIL and now I have filed contempt petition. Even during contempt petition, Delhi Govt advocates are seeking adjournments. Contempt was listed on 02.04.2025 but it was adjourned due to change of Advocate, as earlier it was AAP govt and now it is BJP Govt. It is a glaring example of indifferent and casual approach of Delhi Govt. more

No water issue in said Dispensaries is not due to shortage of water. It is due to the fact that PWD, Delhi did not obtained water connection to the dispensaries before handing over possessions and handed over the same without water connection. Moreover PWD didn't co-operate while my PIL was pending in Delhi High Court. more
