Need to arrest repeated Exchange in a day
The legal and justified option by the GOI allowing Exchange of Currency at any Bank Branch with any type of identity card already being encashed by those Black Money holders discounting their notes also through their supporters , servicemen and Teams . This is creating a challenge to the Banks and also passing on havoc to real co citizen .
This is creating too much inconvenience to the Card Holders even at ATMs for their real and acute needs . Under these circumstances , it is inevitable to the GOI to apply strict guide lines to allow Account Holders for Deposits to their account and Exchange is to be confined only to Aadhar Card or , Gas Card with connected facility or , arranging CC identity check for those repeatedly using Exchange offers in a day and , in a week challenging the very Regulation of the RBI . more

These Circles are formulated to achieve good governance to have all the basic requisites of Citizen that were neglected and diluted since after 1995 . To achieve such of these only some of our members thought a a Forum for Constitutional Remedies and finally concluded and Started a Forum in the name of NLFNP which is under Trial run in these Circles . We all know the illiterate in the Country comprise about 46% and even those with thump impression are possessing Bank Accounts at their own option . The Governments though started Adult Education separately to bag Vote Bank , did not care the dilution of Elementary and Secondary Education in the Country . The governments those ruled opted many in many forms which only became the greatest root cause of all our participation . Hats off to those who invented and implemented this System of Public opinion for prompt public administration through good governance . Even in this course , Citizen rights shall not challenge the Constitutional and Citizen Ethics . Many have forgotten that they are living with co-citizen who also have to lead and live legitimately and that does not mean using the textual opportunities cheating the very co-citizen with their Intellectual Property . We all are to strengthen the campaign of good governance with a positive spirit but for only to subserve the common good contemplated in article 39 C please . more

To discriminate right and wrong , safe and unsafe, wise and foolish, basic requirement is education and that is where we are lacking.So, let the Govt arrange 100 percent , at least 90 percent education to people. then come up with such steps. more

1. Govt. Stipulated that transaction above Rs.20,000 shall be through Cheque/Draft BUT FAILED IMPLEMENTATION . 2. Govt. Stipulated that all Bank Drafts above 40,000 shall be only through Account held in the Bank . BUT , FAILED TO CONTROL MULTIPLE ISSUE OF DRAFTS OF 40,000 IN A DAY by same person to same person . 3. Govts. Failed to control manipulation and mal practices in Banks by Officials and ; their legal option of Writing of Loans under Bad Debts cashing Bags of Corruption . Now also the same Banks are and had to be used for Exchange of Currency . 4. Govts. as well as Banks were not interested the limits of TWENTY THOUSAND CASH ;; FORTY THOUSAND DRAFTS ; to enforce at Constitutional ethics or even their born Citizen Responsibility . 5. Governments and Banks those grossly failed to organize the issue of Drafts STRICTLY AT LAW , Many individuals and businessmen could have their Bank Accounts now , this misuse and the Staking of Black Money could not have taken place to its heights . THIS ALSO PROVES THE WAY THE CONGRESS PARTY OPTED while reducing the Income Tax on Companies and Business Firms by 25% . This only seconded the issue of increasing Black Money Mountains . The Black Money and Concealed Money from Income and Wealth Tax in India is much more that the Black Money set and held abroad please . more

More is at Media,supposed to be well educated MLC,and Rajya sabha members,saying the money with terrorists is only 400 crores,and internally it is 600 crores.Local channels should have come out about the Micro-and other systems of finance and ask them to register with local tax authorities,and submit nil tax-returns to IT departments. Education has no system to teach the people. more

Whom to be blamed for this Vijayalakshmi Kannan. The Adhar card is useful for them in future for many purpose, The Guardian should take care and not to give the card to the immature children. It is their responsibility to handle such document wisely and safely. We cannot blame to Government on their action. It is one type of ration card we are holding to identify ourselves and the same it is also an identity of children and may need anytime. So blindly accept what has come to you more
