Hello Sir,
I have a some serious issue and looted by renowned Indian job portal company.
Took some paid services from this company but after few day's I got mail from them for refund of all amount. But till now no refund from them even number of call and reminder through mail.
Could you please advice.

Such happenings are common, because this kind cheating employment companies are doing thriving business in the Country. They demand registration fee anything between 2000 - 5000. Resume preparation fee anything between 5000 - 10000. Document verification fee fixed Rs. 5000/- . They send you fake details about recruitment by Branded Companies like, Mahendra, Godrej, Maruti, and others. The reality is that the college freshers they look for jobs gets carried away by the offer they mail. This can be arrested only Cyber Cell. more

The problem would be to find out it's address. You can proceed if the company is available. But there will not be company at the given address and the address given to Bank also would be false. The issue now is whether the company is in existence and carrying their activities or not. Find out the same to proceed further. more

Dear Mr. Jawed, Ref. your ecommunication. Thanks for the Prompt response. It is good that you had not paid cash but the E.payments. As mentioned above, now follow the course of actions simultaneously. No doubt here will be some /Additional burden of time, efforts and money (Be cool and patient) BUT it is certain that you will get the Justice as well as Compensation. You can also make the representations to the Govt. Authorities so that let them take the cognisance on their own way. Should you require any further assistance and help feel free to contact. more
