My experience in Patna-kolkata Garib Rath . I was supposed to board at Madhupur Stn.for kolkata,train timing was 00.40 hrs,it was cold. when Train reached at Madhupur station,no one was there to open the closed door of my coach even after knock ,After 3 coaches some passenger were went out,so i rushed to that coach and manged to catch the train,because of i was alone and without much luggage with me.I went to my coach attendant,He was sleeping inside their luggage area.We have a hot discussion,in the meantime TTE sir came there who was fully drunk.I told him all this thing.Both of them blaming each other for this.I asked for complaint book to TTE.He said this is not with me ,you may get it from guard only & gone somewhere. So how can we think that passenger will be safe on train.
