Make railway better
during day time booking of slippers class be converted to 2nd sitting as all slippers bogie were empty whereas booking shows no seat are available it will increase the revenue of railway more

again in long distance journey people pass their time sleeping... and 12 hrs is a very long time during journey.. more

have seen many reserved bogie in trains were empty whereas the general compartment are overloaded reserved 2nd seat system will reduce the overload and increase revenue since seat were reserved no question of insecurity is arised more

any thing is possible but still this in not a good idea.... if want can add extra 2nd sitting bogies in trains.... even sleeper class bogies should be like AC 3 tier that only reserved passengers travel in them... so that there is no compromise with the security and convenience of reserved passengers.... revenue generation should be from good services and not in the cost of security and convenience.... more

but even then, those traveling long distance will not get enough space. The scheme cannot operate for trains running for as long as 24 hours or beyond. more
