Laundry company lost my curtains
Please suggest if any legal action can be taken against the laundry company in my neighborhood, that lost my drawing room curtains. .They were very expensive and of very fine quality. I have the receipt of giving it to them and not taken it back also. But they say that sometimes, customers take the clothes without receipt.
Laundry owner is accepting that they must have got misplaced with another customer's curtains but has absolutely no contact with that customer. more

I have been fighting for people who have still yet to get possession , online fraud (more than 30 types of online frauds me & my team deal , Telecom Fraud , Medical negligence, Dispute with DHBVN , , Follow up with MCG Sr Officers, HUDA etc with a very nominal amount to prevent them from being exploited by lawyers and help provide them to connect with police etc. Encourage people how to take a fight of your own with easy steps for which a Lawyer will fleece you. In Case of Mrs Manisha , I have assured her in case the laundry man is not returning I ll help you to recover your money for which I didn't ask any charge/fees but this lady did not mention so. (Normally I charge INR 500 to 1000 for office, employee, and stationary charges). more

Mr Jayant and Mrs Manisha,You guys have taken it wrongly, My comments are really meant for local circle group in a span of last 6 months where I found when a male seeking for a help no one really bothers to help or respond with genuine issues affecting a large section of people but when a female made a point she gets overwhelming response . Mrs Manisha I myself extended support to you when you called me at my given cell number then you take the call. When I called you for 2nd time to call you to congratulation for which you didn't take the call. I felt how selfish you are once job done you start ignore someone. All Indian females are so conservative & dirty mind set and do not know how to respect a male who has assured her to recover the money in case you get his number. You committed me to provide cell number but you didn't its ok with me as you might not have helped people like us . when I saw your comment you got I really felt happy but you block my cell number.. DO you know how many persons I helped in a day includes criminal cases . A Lady like you cant understand because I can make out from your line you can not extend any help such help to any one which you expect from everyone. more

I don't think Manisha could have done more than she did .... Mr. Mrunmaya Kar - I think your comment was in extremely bad taste .... We're all here bcos we want to help - our help is duly appreciated, and if someone is unaware that the issue is resolved that is no reason to either put down the seeker of advice or the person who'd offered it even though its redundant. If any of us felt that we were "breaking our heads" on an issue, we wouldn't !!! more
