Last minute announcement of change in operation - Reg.

Train No.43801 Chennai Beach to Arakkonam will leave from Chennai Central on 28.08.2015 at 01.20HRS. This is officially announced in the Southern Railway website on 27.08.2015 evening. There is not even 24 hours notice to the passengers. Such last minute announcements are often made in Southern Railway, Chennai Division. Many passengers will miss the train on 28.08.2015 early morning. Atleast such change in operation announcement is to be announced in 3 to 4 days advance to avoid inconvenience to the passengers.

If train is scheduled to recah a perticular staion at 12-00 night and departs at 00-03 on which day the seat should be booked, previous day or next day more

TO-CONCERN RAILWAY AUTHORITY-SIR I VISITED SOME IMPORTANT CITIES FOR MY OFFICIAL WORK,THEN I FIND THAT A LARGE QUANTITY OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY WASTE[MISUSED]ON THESE STATIONS-LIKE AS-CHHAPRA,BALLIA[NER]/AND MUJAFFARPUR,MUGHALSARAI[ECR]/AND VARANASI,LUCKNOW[NR]/AND ALLAHABAD[NCR]/AND/SATNA,KATNI,JABALPUR,ITARASI[WCR]-I FIND ON THESE STATIONS THAT BULBS AND HIGHMAST LAMPS ARE BURNING IN DAY,IT IS MISUSE OF ENERGY,AND ALSO FIND THAT A LARGE QUANTITY OF DRINKING WATER IS WASTE ON THESE STATIONS,I CLOSE SOME OF THEM,AND ON THE RAIL LINE SIDE RAILWAY USED WHICH SYSTEM FOR FILLING WATER IN THE TRAINS THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY CLOSED,SO THIS REASON A LARGE QUANTITY OF WATER IS WASTE[MISUSED]/IT IS DIRECT NEGLIGENCE OF CONCERN RAILWAY TECHNICAL AND SUPERVISORY STAFF.SO IT IS DUTY OF AUTHORIZE PERSONS THAT THEY CAREFULLY CHECK THEM AND STOP THE WASTAGE OF ENERGY AND WATER,BESIDE THIS I CAN NOT FIND CLEANING AS PER SWACHCH BHARAT GUIDELINE ON THESE STATIONS.BESIDES THIS IF AS A INDIAN CITIZEN WE CAN COOPERATE THEM-WITH THANKS more
