Pest control activities to be carried out thoroughly/periodically at the carriage depots, instead of spraying insecticides in the running trains. more

train can be insect free if 1) blankets provided in the A.C coaches should be cleaned in interval of 2 to 3 months. nows a days it is not getting cleaned in a year. 2) spray and repelent provided for killing the insects are getting sold out for little money. 3) in yards, train should be cleaned properly with disinfectant not just by water. 4) bio- toilets should be installed in all coaches. 5) dustbin should be cleaned from train every 5 hours. more

Kindly ensure all bogies are sprayed for cockroach (including all small insects) and rodent poison every day. more
