Dear Venkataraman ji , I agree with all you have said. no one is interested to improve the system.
what Governance are we talking about , when the justice system is so defunct. its a shame for all the citizens who are forced to tolerate this unjust system.
The judge can take leave. I have 3 times gone to court , when the there was no hearing , as the judge was on leave.When the causes list is put up this can be mentioned instead of listing and harassing the citizens, who pay for all this miscarriage of the system. Total waste.
Can any one help by sending me the email id of Registrar and CJ of Delhi High Court.

Madam these department wasting money on esites, they never check there mails or not respond, there are other sites of the state or mcd are there which never respond if u post some complaint they never open and try to see it. These departments have made the e revolution failed. I posted complaint on MCD sites / DDA sites but no one respond. more

Our great & honorable political parties & there leaders have ensured for half a century to get whatever protection they waefrom judiciary. See our RJD Leader Hon. Laluji & hundreds of our different politicians who enjoy all facilities under judicial cover. They will do everything to see that neither political system nor judiciary changes. Do whatever you can. Is RTI really helpful to a common men? Some political leaders have leave India if you ear xxx, better they should say LEAVE INDIA IF YOU WANT A BETTER POLITICAL & JUDICIAL SYSTEM more

It looks like the system of delivering justice has failed and not kept pace with Indian democracy emerging and asserting self. largely the old british judicial system with all dysfunctions is operating needing major reforms. The public has to put pressure on the system for reforms and then things could change. more

Yes, the judicial system in the country is not absolute clean. Is the political system clean enough to take on the judicial system? The political system itself is dirty having suspected criminal records, fake affidavits, fake declarations, the how the same political system can take over the judicial system. At least now there is a check and balance to some extent. more

Dear Arunaji, This happens because there is no accountability at all in the judicial delivery system in the country. In the absence of accountability the system has become like an automobile with no brake at all. And the puzzling thing is, even though there is no brake, it does not move at all or moves so slowly, indicating there is no accelerator either. It is a vehicle with no engine acceleartor and no brake! more
