Judiciary in India

For judges coming to court and conducting cases is passtime. After enjoying holidays, visiting clubs, going on tours, if time permits, leisurely they come to courts. Cases can go on for 25 or 35 years, losing all relevance, and ultimately give clean chit or decide that there is not enough evidence since many proof might have been destroyed by that time or persons concerned might have died. Cases are in mortuary, Judiciary conducting post Mortum is a drain on national economy. As long as they are not involved in delivering Justice, it is immaterial when they come to court more

CAn Sarman's comments on Black money flow in election campaign is highly relevant and govt( not BJP) was responsible for it. MLAs & MPs want to get elected not for serving but to loot is well established by the level of corruption prevalent and the hike in salaries and perks they approve themselves. Including BJP as opposition did not want to remove huge subsidy they were enjoying in the canteen. The credit for removing the subsidy in canteen entirely goes to PM. Shameless politicians join hands when their own interests are involved. Court has banned use of conical speakers long back but nobody bothers because mosques merrily use them and govt's do not lose their votes. Many restrictions imposed by Courts are being flouted by Govts. Therefore it is imperative that once election date is announced, governor rule is imposed to ensure fair play and avoid misuse of govt machineries by ruling party. more
Just a day before yesterday , the Delhi Court Specified that the Funds of the Political Parties shall inevitably be audited and inspected since the public money has been misused and the Party Funds do contain Black Money that is spent while on Election Campaigns . Such public interest and National welfare issues are to be not only in only the findings and directions of the High Courts and Supreme Court as earlier ; but shall be strictly implemented and enforced on an oath by the governments in Rule even hereafter . The Delhi State Government's public interest motto has so spread the inevitable National Safety and public interest . It is now the issue of all the political Parties to honour the public interest and National Welfare and shall not act anti like in the issues of HCU & the JNU , the participation and interest shown by some Political Parties favouring anti Nationals and anti Constitutional elements those revolting even on Police and Professors . more
Considering pending litigation in Crores it would be advisable Courts function, 24 x 7 till the pending litigation comes under manageable limits otherwise only high, mighty, powerful and wealthy will get Justice. Also there is a need, firstly and most importantly, frivolous petition by mighty and even by poor to be focused, which must be thrown out since these only increases the number of pending litigation. more
Fully agree with the comments of Csn Sarma. In short, Ghandi and congress including Nehru, ruined India before and after Independence, handed over country to muslims, our asset now is only corrupt politicians more
Sri A.V.A.V.Venkataraman has commented that " For ruining judiciary cong. was also responsible . " BUT , THE FACT IS THAT THE CONGRESS AND THEIR ALLIANCES ONLY WERE WHOLLY RESPONSIBLE FOR RUINING NOT ONLY THE JUDICIARY BUT ALSO THE system of whole Executive and , the Manufacturing and Business Sector , Certifying and Inspecting Wings which lead to continuous Corruption , Concentration of Wealth , Concealed wealth against the Land Ceiling limits , and , the Black Money multiples in many Sectors . more
