Job Cheating
Sir Employee HR professional are cheating the Student by taking the money for the Job and harrsing the same.
if any boy or girl has paid the amount and consultancy has not returned the money, what to do. whether they should launch complain on the mobile no.
The consulating HR are not leaving any writting document through email, only they are calling the candidate and asking money to pay. Then they wil get the offer letter.
HOw deal with the case. What can we do to put case another them.
Only mobile no are given, Company name is not mentioned.

It is an Unfair Business Practice and may file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act 1986 with a District Forum nearest to your place of residence. Besides, may like to file an FIR with the local police as a case of cheating. You may also file an attested copy of the FIR with acknowledgment and report of the Police, if any thereon, to the DF. more

Bro...if HR demand money through mobile or email then u make a trap to catch the HR and register a case of cyber crime against HR. My wishes are with you. good luck....... more

In this world any need can be converted into the business. Fraud is also one type of business. In this case one should not give any money without seeing the office or person in that office or first preliminary interview with consulting agent. I am also getting such type of calls and without getting panic I always says that you will get your charges only after the receipt of my first salary payment. one must care that if I do't have job that doesn't mean that I should give money to any unknown person. this is without earning we are loosing money. more
