Intrusion of Privacy by Tenant

We have 2 story building. Ground Floor is let on rent where a furniture shop is run by my tenant. We live in first floor with separate entry.Being rent defaulter for so many months, we have filed Eviction suit against them. The tenant is harassing us by so many ways. Recently, they have installed security camera on outer side facing towards our Main entry Gate. This has disturbed our privacy. Complaint lodged with police has yielded no result. Even meeting S.P. two times has not helped us. Is there any legal way to get the camera removed from this place?
