how can we cancel tickets booked at station counter through IRCTC website? more

you Can not cancel ticket booked from PRS counter from Website. You have to approach to PRS Counter only. IRCTC has extended facility to cancel IRCTC Web ticket booked from Personal id through PRS Counter. more
