Independence of Judiciary not negotiable- cji news item in hindustan times dted 14.09.2014.
My appeal to Cji is to clarify whether the independence he advocates include independence to do injustice, to delay and deny justice, to ignor facts on record, to selectively take and ignore facts on record to suit the judgement he wants to deliver.
If not, Please institute a commission of inquiry under the courts supervision to probe and prosecute every authority who erred as reported in my letter dted 12.06.2103 to your office "an open appeal for justice in public interest-I with subject: karnataka high court not a place to seek justice, but a place for providing livelihood to lawyers and judges. and my An open appeal for justice in public interest II additional information dated 03.08.2013. a copy of the same is also sent to bar association and registrar of supreme court.
This appeal is to all the legal fraternity to think over in the interest of justice to common man and not to rich and powerful.
It is omissions and commissions of judiciary that is responsible for this situation. a simple example is the consumer commission caped interest on credit card to 30%. p.a. but on appeal supreme court allowed the banks to charge up to 50% ignoring the concept and principles of usurious interest act. and rbi directive that the interest that can be charged maximum is 4% above their base rate or prime rate. more

Sri Narayanarao Tatavarti has given the best suggestion which in deed is the need of the hour which we lost since 2015 . Even now , it is necessary to step ahead to achieve at least a part of the freedom fighters desire of Independent Rule with vested carry of Objectives set in the Constitution please . To discuss openly about judicial reforms required in civil society for a civilized society let us all plan to meet at a central location of our country like Hyderabad or Nagpur or Bhopal which can attract persons with similar views from South, West, North and East. more

If our Govt doesn't have the realisation then their is only way to ask/teach our Govt the Constitutional rights by a people's organization for desire civilization can be defined as National Legal Forum under NGO provisions for Constitutional Remedies! So, think on the civilization we are moving through and think about each of us responsibility in these regards! Mr. UDAY GB: A crime is a crime. Criminality of a crime is not wished away just because the judges care not to decide or decide incorrectly. Issue facing the country is its rotten system where the criminal roam free and the victims run from pillar to post and treated as criminals for having guts to file a complaint or a case by the nexus between judiciary, police and administration. Look at the court records. Majority of the cases are filed by the administartion itself against citizens and it sees to it the cases linger on till petitioners death. more
