in the month of November and December this year i traveled a lot on north central rout there is no water in bath room and no every sing station was missed where the local passenger not catches the said train. They not only traveling on the reserved coach but also made pressure to sit on the reserve berths. No one cares how the ordinary people are suffering . more

The ticket checkers are scared or friendly to localities travelling in reserved compartments, there should be some bribe free RPF staff available along with the tc's in those areas for fining people and upbringing the systems. Same issues with magadh exp starting from new delhi till 11 pm at night, there is no security and reserve compartment funda till the time you cross uttar Pradesh. more

For the reservation of Rly Tickets in all classes of travel there is no transperancy in ticket allocation such as absolute number or percentage allocation. If My guess goes correct, 33% of total available tickets are being sold as normal reservation and 67% are allocated for tattkal with aview to make sure of Higher revenue to Railways through Tatkal booking. Is it not that railways is providing a negative service to citizens this way. So let ther be open announce ment from Raiways or Govt if it is different. When this is Unfair please deliberate what should be fair deal? more

The main reason is Demand is much higher than supply and there are no sufficient funds to meet demand (considering lethargy, % commission to agents and officials, lack of will, lack of understanding of solution & over security of jobs as well as contracts, lots of loops in legal system with abnormal delay, who will dare to touch me attitude), no one is interested to improve since most of the above quoted category rarely travel by train and that too in II or III tire. Even good team of PM and RM can not make miracle in few months and will take some time to improve to some extent. Let us wait and hope for better. more

This problem is seen more in north India & certain part in Eastern due to lack of sufficient short route trains causing much problem to long distance passengers.This needs to be solved .But how? more
