The issues relating to Free Education & Medical Aid under article 45 sand 46 are still awaited after 6 decades too . So , there shall be the requisite realization towards integrity and national interest also . more

I too agree in reforming some laws to eliminate the existing loop-holes. Many of the divorce cases are being handled for many years petitioner repeating a single slogan "I cannot live with the respondent". The petitioner do not provide a proper evidences to justify the divorce case. Even then the case is extending up to 6 yrs. What psychological changes it is going to bring for the petitioner if the respondent waits for 6 yrs. Moreover in divorce case the punishment is only by giving them money. People who does not want money but give them right punishment to the offender for the psychological problem faced by the sufferer, whether law is going to give punishment. more

Public eagerly awaiting Justice in 3 months to 36 months while the Judiciary opined to bring to 5 years and even this is very very helpful to the cornered public for future . Unless Law & Order ; and ; the Law & Justice work with their motto offered while entering services , Justice could not be delivered to the satisfaction of the public and this require independent Policing too . The Executive and the Judiciary shall work for reforming some laws to eliminate the existing loop-holes enabling undeviated or undiluted Justice . Let us hope for this best through these circles. more
