First recurate a RPF Person. Every train 2 person of RPF in all train because he control a crime and any crime of all train he is responsible for RPF. Every station police check a report file of running train crime. Every train work-shit copy for any problem of person. more

RPF is a revenue drain for IR. There is no use by deploying them. In spite of their presence in running trains, robberies are regularly taking place. IR shall wind up RPF. In any case, the victim is asked to lodge the complaint in the nearest railway station. May be all the state governments can post a law & order police constable in each railway station under their jurisdiction. more

They should be made more participative. The photos of RPF personnel deployed for a particular train should be displayed. They should be standing near the compartment and associate with passengers offering help. They should be made more friendly and at the same time accountable through proper supervision Regards Ramana Murthy more

The fact that Railway land is encroached by the slums (unauthorised) is a proof of failure of having RPF. The RPF needs revamping. This is one of the avenue of revenue leakage. Money is spent on RPF and no productivity or performance by them. How huge thefts take place despite RPF ? It happens due to RPF. RPF has failed and need total revamp. more
